Join us for a unique and exciting family event that is sure to get everyone moving! On Saturday 13th May, from 10am-12pm, Respair Therapy is hosting a Silent Disco at the Baldock Community Centre.

Silent Disco is an exciting way to dance to your own beat while connecting and bonding with your family. With the freedom to choose your own music, you can enjoy dancing to something other than ‘baby shark’ while creating precious memories with your loved ones.

The event is being run by Respair Therapy, a Community Interest Company that specialises in dance and movement-based wellness events. They believe in promoting health and wellbeing through movement, and this Silent Disco is a great example of how dancing with your family can be a fun and healthy activity.

So come and join us on the dance floor at Baldock Community Centre on the 13th May, and experience the joy of dancing with your family in a unique and exciting way! Tickets are available on the door, and we can’t wait to see you there!
